These terms apply when you use NexusHealing websites, landing pages, courses, books, sessions, events, purchases, and the student portal.

Terms Of Use

Time and Place: Your payment entitles you to receive the product and/or service, including course modules online or live, as agreed on the registration form, checkout form, order page, and/or scheduling form.

Investment and Payment: Payments must be made as specified on the registration form, checkout form, order page, and/or scheduling form. Access to content is contingent on timely payments. If payments are missed, access to subsequent modules, portal materials, or services may be paused.

Refunds: As digital products and portal content may be accessible immediately upon purchase, they are deemed consumed upon delivery. No refunds will be provided unless required by law or unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Force Majeure: NexusHealing shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, power failures, payment processor outages, internet outages, platform interruptions, or other events outside reasonable control.

Personal Welfare: Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for ensuring your ability to engage with the emotional, mental, educational, and wellness nature of the programs, sessions, events, and materials. NexusHealing is not liable for mental, emotional, or physical harm caused by participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Liability Waiver: You agree to indemnify NexusHealing against claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation, account use, or misuse of materials, except in cases of gross negligence or as otherwise required by law.

Termination: NexusHealing may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these terms, misuse of the portal, nonpayment, unauthorized sharing, or unlawful behavior. Users may terminate by written notice, and termination may result in loss of access to content. No refunds will be issued upon termination unless required by law.

Intellectual Property: Materials are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, recording, reproduction, resale, redistribution, publication, or commercial use is prohibited. All NexusHealing content, including courses, books, videos, audio, written materials, graphics, landing pages, and portal materials, is owned by NexusHealing or its licensors.

Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado, USA. International users agree that Colorado law applies to the extent permitted by law.

NexusHealing content, sessions, events, courses, books, and communications are provided for educational, personal development, and wellness purposes.
